1. 先調較右方呼吸參數︰
Breath in (吸氣） - 秒數
Hold (閉氣) - 秒數
Breath out (呼氣) - 秒數
Rest (休息) - 秒數
Repeat (重覆) - 次數

2. 按 STOP (停止) 後，有 Restart with sound (重啟及播放計時聲音) 功能
