說到習書記的老戰友,不能不提到彭德懷同志。他們的性格各 有特點,彭德

懷耿介剛烈,習書記坦蕩率直,但對黨和人民都無比 忠誠。1959年,彭德懷同志

在“廬山會議”上被打成“右傾機會主 義分子”。其實,習書記對“大躍

進”中所出現的問題也和彭德懷 同志有大體一致的看法。
