1. To improve immunity
Apply acupuncture stickers on the following acupuncture points:
*KI 1 (yong quan)
*LI 4 (he gu)
*ST 36 (zusanli)
*SP 6 (sanyinjiao)
*BL 13 (feishu)
2. To prevent viral infections on respiratory tract
Practice breathing exercise with Tiger Balm as follow:
*paste balm on palm
*rub rapidly while:
--gents: think of sun on left palm & moon on right
--ladies: think of moon on left palm & sun on right
*inhale while cupping palms over nose
*sneeze(exhale) while mouth shut & nose clipped
*repeat the above for a few times
*Do both the above for prevention!
*Take Tylenol Flu or similar products if symptoms appear!
