自治區成立40週年慶祝活動期間的紀念照。乍一看。他倆活像蒙古 草原上的一

對老牧民,但那蒙古袍所透露出的國家領導人特有的氣 質,特別是那笑睞睞的眼

神、那親密無間的神態,以及那凝結了蒙 漢民族深厚情誼的歷史性場景,把我的

思緒帶回到20世紀50至60 年代他們兩人親密相處的情景中,使我在這張照片前

注視良久...

習書記和王震同志的友誼經受了歷史的考驗。

他們非同尋常的戰友之情建立在解放戰爭時期。1946年夏季。 王震率三五

九旅從中原突圍轉戰到陝南,處境非常危險。毛主席在 一個多月之內向習書記連

寫9封信,就王部返回陝甘寧邊區作出周 密部署。時任西北局書記兼陝甘寧晉綏

聯防軍代政委的習書記,堅 決執行毛主席的指示。調集關中和隴東地區的部隊策

應,在陝甘寧 晉綏聯防軍代司令員王世泰的指揮下,攻佔敵軍10多個據點,與 三

五九旅勝利會師,使這支英雄部隊安全返回邊區。後來,習書記 擔任西北野戰軍

副政委。

王震擔任西北野戰軍兵團司令。他們在消 滅胡宗南軍隊、 “馬家軍”!

以及解放大西北戰鬥中進一步親密共 事,並肩戰鬥,更增強了他們之間深厚的感

情。

習書記幾十年間轉戰南北,又多次搬家,但把毛主席就王震中 原突圍北返給

他的9封親筆信一直珍藏在身邊,復出工作又帶到廣 州。1979年中央辦公廳向

習書記徵集革命文物,這9封珍貴信件經 我手上交中央辦公廳轉存中央檔案館。

中央辦公廳回贈了一套複製 件。並蓋有“中檔複製件”的紅色印章作為紀念。

習書記和王震同志風雨同舟幾十年,職務互有變動,工作中也 有意見不盡一

致的時候。解放初期,習書記主政西北。王震分管 新疆。習書記受黨中央、毛主席

委派去檢查工作,曾對新疆工作有
