Operation
1. 屈曲無名指、尾指至掌心
bend ring & little finger inwards towards center of palm
2. 以拇指按壓屈曲手指的背部
press back of bended fingers with thumb
3. 伸直其餘手指
extend rest of fingers

2. 最好兩手同時進行
best to perform with 2 hands
3. 練習時,可配合想像一些正向畫面,如童真的微笑、純潔的蓮花
practise also positive visualization during process, e.g. childish smile, pure lotus
