    輔助『白內障』九式秘訣

有一位女士，現年七十二歲，在家中看電視，覺得視線模糊及眼睛痛，經醫生檢驗，證實患『白內障』，要施行手術切除，尚未開刀前，有一位朋友，傳授她「眼睛保健」的九式秘訣，（下列圖解）每日她照圖做二至三次，不到一個月，眼睛恢復正常，視線清亮不痛苦，現在仍然不斷照做，希望有患者獲益，減輕痛苦，恢復正常，無患者保健預防退化，才可享受燦爛幸福人生。

有恆心者每日做二三次，一個月便可感受到效果。

1.雙手平碰36次

2.屈姆指平碰36次

3.握拳擊手心36次，換手反方向擊36次

4.握拳向下擊36次，換手反位擊36次

5.握拳平碰36次

6.握拳向下擊36次，換手反位擊36次

7.平伸手交叉擊36次

8. 雙手摩擦生熱後遮眼，眼珠由左轉圈圈向右36次，反方向36次

9. 雙手各拉耳珠36 次
